No, no… I’m not greeting you. Hello! is a new app that allows iPhone, iPod Touch and Blackberry owners send SMS’s to each other for free. Free meaning – no charges whatsoever.
You can connect to the Internet using either 3G, Wi-Fi or Edge and send unlimited number of SMS’s to all your friends (provided they are also lucky owners of iPhone, iPod Touch or Blackberry).
In addition this app allows:
- Group chats (great for business): you can send messages to as many people on your list as you want.
- Photo exchange (especially useful if you want to share your travel experience with your family and friends). And… it’s also FREE.
Hello! uses push notification alert to inform you of the new messages. No need to check every now and then if somebody contacted you. It’s as simple as a regular SMS, just with more options.
